    CIV & CIV FROM THE VINE TO THE BOTTLE

    Almost half a century has passed since the “Cantina Cooperativa Vini di Castelfranco Emilia” cooperative winery was founded at Castelfranco Emilia.

    This was the beginning of the cooperative entrepreneurial project that within a few years saw the creation of 4 other wineries and, in 1961, the establishment of the Consorzio Interprovinciale Vini (CIV), which began bottling and marketing its products under the CIV & CIV brand. Over the years, these have achieved great success for the wines of Emilia.
